Hey BULQ HULQs- Shalonda here! My name might be familiar to some of you, but for those who don’t know me, I’m BULQ’s new Community Specialist! I recently transitioned from the Customer Care team, where I handled all phone calls, emails, and chats from BULQ customers.
You’re probably going to see and hear a lot more from me in my new role. So, let’s get to know each other a bit!
What will you be doing as BULQ’s Community Specialist?
In my new role, I’ll be charge of helping build, grow, and manage BULQ’s network of resellers. It’ll be my job to listen to our customers’ needs and use their feedback to make BULQ the best inventory source it can be. You can expect to see me on our Facebook and Instagram pages, our YouTube channel, and at the BULQ booth during reseller trade shows!
What’s the best part about working for BULQ?
The best part about working for BULQ would be my awesome team and the positive interactions I have with the BULQ community.
What’s your top tip for using BULQ?
I have a few! First, always familiarize yourself with the definition of each condition, all of which can be found on our website here. Second, if you’re interested in a lot, download and read the manifest so you’re fully aware of the lot’s items. Third, if you have any questions, reach out to Customer Care! When not at work, what can you be found doing?
Binge watching a good show on Netflix or Hulu or baking. I love SWEETS AND TREATS!
