One of the best ways to excel in the reselling business is to learn from people who have already found success. Luckily for you, a lot of resellers write about their success and provide insight via blogs. If you’re reading this, we’re guessing you like to read blogs. Great start! But you might be wondering, where can I find these other reselling blogs?
In our post about thought leaders, we discussed some influencers that are great resources for resellers. Some of them happen to have blogs and thus we feel they are worth mentioning again.
Below are 4 reselling blogs that provide great information and tips. This is not an exhaustive list—there are many others out there, but we recommend these as great places to start reading.
The Selling Family
Jessica and Cliff are primarily known in the industry for their popular Amazon Boot Camp course, but they also have an active blog. They started The Selling Family to “inspire you to put your family first while still making a comfortable living.” Their content includes tips and resources for improving business efficiency, success stories from other resellers, and even some selling horror stories. The articles are a good match for all experience levels, with topics ranging from “How to Choose the Right Products to Sell on Amazon” to “How to Read a Keepa Price Chart.”
Skip McGrath’s Online Seller’s Resource
Skip McGrath offers a free newsletter and blog for resellers who aren’t ready to pay for his online Amazon and eBay courses. While the blog isn’t updated as often as the others on this list, it contains very useful information. Topics covered on McGrath’s blog include industry news and trends, wholesale sources, profitability, and lots of other information for Amazon, eBay, and other online sellers.
I Love To Be Selling
Kathy Terrill’s blog is all about helping her peers improve their online selling businesses. Terrill’s posts usually cover news related to eBay and advice on how to increase your sales. Terrill also has a section of her website called “Free Tips”, where she offers content topics ranging from product ideas to seasonal selling tips. She has a new post up on the blog just about every week, and usually will share links to her articles via her social media platforms.
Charles Leslie’s YouTube Vlog
Okay, we’re cheating a bit here since this isn’t a traditional blog, but eCommerce coach Charles “Chaz” Leslie’s vlog is a great resource for Amazon FBA selling information, especially for beginners. Under the YouTube handle Rockstar Hustler, Leslie uploads new videos every 1-2 weeks. What is particularly helpful about Leslie’s videos is that he will actually show viewers how to do certain things, such as unboxing a pallet and preparing items for shipment and sourcing at garage sales. Leslie also hosts a popular Facebook group called Amazon FBA Rockstars.
