3 Thought Leaders to Follow for Reselling Guidance

If you are new to the reselling industry, you might be unsure of where to turn for thought leadership. Some reselling resources can be influencers who provide the sourcing and selling information and tips you need to get your business to where it needs to be. But where can you find these people?

Increasingly, you can find them online. They are active on social media, they have blogs, they host forums, and they might even offer reselling courses. They have built strong followings of resellers who trust them for direction.

Here are 3 influencers you should follow in order to stay on top of the industry’s latest trends, tips, and tools.

Skip McGrath
Skip is a well-known Internet marketer with extensive experience selling on Amazon and eBay. He has a big following on both Twitter and Facebook and offers online courses to help Amazon and eBay sellers improve their businesses.

But what makes McGrath an especially helpful resource is his biweekly newsletter series called Online Seller’s News. According to McGrath the newsletters help readers, “learn how to make money selling online.” Key features of Online Seller’s News include marketing tactics, wholesale sources, success strategies, and reviews of software, services, and tools for resellers.

He wrote a book called Silent Sales Machine, runs a popular Facebook group called MySilentTeam that has over 31,000 members, and offers a widely used selling course called Proven Amazon Course, which features step-by-step videos covering topics from building your business to private labeling.

Separately, Jim offers one-on-one coaching services for Amazon, eBay, and other online resellers. He and his team even offers a free session for beginners who simply want information about the realities of the industry before diving in head-first.

Kathy Terrill
Kathy is a veteran eBay seller who consults other sellers on how to build and/or improve their business. Her website, I Love To Be Selling, offers a variety of resources, including a blog, information about her business consultation service, a free tips page, and webinars and workshops.
