Tell us a little bit about yourself!
There’s so much to say! I’m born and raised in Tennessee, and I moved halfway across the state after graduating from high school. I love hiking with my dog (Marlow), trail running, and playing the guitar. In the pre-Covid world, you’d also find me at the indoor rock climbing gym and playing board games with friends every weekend.
What is the most popular question you receive from BULQ customers?
The most common question I get, by far, is “Can I pick up from the warehouse?”
Have you ever dabbled in reselling? If so what platforms have you used, and what was your experience like? If not, what do you think you would resell if you were to give it a try?
Before starting with BULQ, I didn’t realize how much of a reselling industry is out there! I’ve never done reselling, but I can tell from speaking with customers that there’s a lot of room for success when it comes to electronics. I don’t know if I’d be savvy enough to make it work with scratch & dent and salvage conditions, but I feel like I could be successful – and enjoy – reselling electronics.
What are your top tips for sourcing with BULQ?
I recommend familiarizing yourself with the manifest before your lot actually arrives. When a lot has 40 or 50 items, it takes time to go through everything and note conditions. A little bit of prep at the front-end speeds up the process of getting items listed for sale and even helps jump-start any potential claims
When you’re not assisting customers what can we find you doing on a typical day?
When I’m not working directly with customers, you’ll find me hard at work writing new content for the Customer Care team so we can stay on top of all the issues, new ideas, and changes in the BULQ world.
