1. Be sure to have the right technology
If you’ve decided to create your own unboxing video, you’ll need a few essential devices to record and share your content. While some individuals choose to use more high-tech devices such as digital or DSLR cameras and mics for their videos, the easiest way to make and upload an unboxing video is to use your smartphone. iPhone and Android cameras are often great tools for shooting videos on the fly. When using your desktop, you simply log into Youtube (be sure to create an account first, if you haven’t already), click on Upload at the top of the page, choose the video you’d like to upload from your computer, and click Publish to finish uploading a public video to YouTube.
If you decide to upload your video directly from your iPhone, iPad, or Android device you simply sign in to YouTube and your desired channel, tap the camera at the top of the home page, adjust your video’s title, description, and privacy settings, and tap Upload.
