A message from BULQ’s CEO, Tobin Moore

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to impact individuals, communities, and businesses around the world, BULQ is working to quickly adapt to the dynamic situation. We are following the recommended CDC guidelines in our workplace and warehouses to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers.

Putting Safety First

Following the official guidance of Washington DC’s COVID-19 response, all employees in our Washington, DC headquarters have been working from home since March 17th. Our employees and third parties in our Tennessee, Indiana, and Kentucky warehouses are adhering to CDC guidelines to prioritize health and safety while minimizing disruption of order fulfillment and delivery.

Once an order leaves our warehouses, it’s entrusted to one of our shipping partners including UPS, FedEx, and our third party pallet logistics provider, AIT.  All of these carriers are taking steps to ensure the health of their employees and safe order delivery. Supporting the Resale Community

We know our community has always looked to reselling as a means of generating additional income. While prioritizing the health and safety of our facilities, we also want to ensure we are continuing operations for all who rely on it. In addition to supplying and shipping inventory, we are also continuing our efforts to create educational content, such as our <“Getting Started” Guide to Reselling, to support current and potential sellers as they look to start and manage their businesses during this difficult time.

Looking Ahead

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, BULQ is committed to helping customers navigate this uncertainty. We will continue to monitor and respond to federal, state and local health authorities to protect our employees, associates and partners, and serve our customers safely, and with minimal disruption.
