What’s the difference between purchasing a case through BULQ’s eBay Store vs. BULQ.com?
First and foremost, only cases purchased through BULQ on eBay are eligible for the first of its kind relisting solution. At this time, the BULQ cases listed on eBay are exclusive to eBay and cannot be purchased on BULQ.com or through the BULQ app. BULQ cases purchased through eBay receive all the same benefits of purchasing inventory from BULQ.com, including BULQ’s manifest accuracy guarantee, dedicated Customer Care team, and easy, full-service shipping.
Cases purchased through eBay are also covered by eBay’s Money Back Guarantee. For any issues with your order, please follow the steps outlined in the “Contacting Customer Care” section below.
Can I buy the same cases on BULQ.com as I can on BULQ on eBay?
The BULQ cases listed on eBay are currently exclusive to eBay and are not made available on BULQ.com or through the BULQ app at this time. This may change in the future, so keep an eye out for updates!
What conditions are offered on BULQ on eBay?
BULQ’s eBay store offers inventory from top retailers in both the “New” and “Used” eBay conditions, the definitions for which vary a little from those on BULQ.com.
- New items can include overstock, excess, closeout merchandise and shelf pulls. These items have never been used and are fully functional. They come in original retail packaging, which may show signs of wear and/or contain stickers, such as price tags or markdowns.
- Used items actually fall under BULQ’s “Uninspected Returns” category. These are items that have been bought & returned, but the condition is unknown. Many of these items are working and come in original packaging; others will be non-functional and/or missing original packaging. Accessories may not be included, and sets may be incomplete.

Does BULQ on eBay offer pallets as well as cases?
At this time, only cases are available for purchase through BULQ on eBay.
When is inventory added to BULQ on eBay?
While there aren’t set times of day that inventory is added to BULQ on eBay, there are two things you can do to receive email notifications about newly listed inventory:
- Save BULQ as a seller by clicking the “Save Seller” link at the top of BULQ’s eBay store page, under the store description.
- Save “BULQ Liquidation Lot” as a search by typing the phrase into the eBay search bar and clicking “Save this Search” next to the number of search results.
Once you complete one or both of these actions, you’ll begin receiving updates via email any time new lots are added (typically once a day). For step-by-step instructions, check out this full video tutorial below.
Can I be exempt from sales tax for my BULQ on eBay purchases? If so, how do I submit my resale certificate?

How can I auto-generate draft listings from my BULQ on eBay order?
Once you place your order, there are three easy ways you can generate your draft listings, even before your inventory arrives!
- Clicking the “Generate Drafts” button at the bottom of your order confirmation email
- In Seller Hub, go to Listings → Drafts → Generate Drafts for BULQ Inventory. If you have more than one lot from BULQ, you’ll be able to select which one you want to generate drafts for
- In My eBay, go to “Selling Overview” and click “Generate Drafts”

What if I have problems with or need help using the relisting solution?
If draft listings are not currently available in Seller Hub Active Listings or Draft Listings view, you can select the “Listings from BULQ inventory” option when attempting to “Create Listing” or sell an item. Within this view, you can input your eBay Order Number (include the hyphens) to find and create draft listings.
I purchased a case on BULQ.com – can I still use the BULQ on eBay relisting solution?
The relisting solution is currently only available for cases purchased through BULQ on eBay – cases purchased through BULQ.com or the BULQ mobile app are not eligible. However, we offer much of the same types of inventory on both marketplaces, so if you’d like to use the relisting tool in the future, check out cases available on BULQ on eBay to see if there’s one that matches your preferences.

What if I have an issue with the merchandise I receive?
We stand behind the accuracy of our manifests, both in terms of condition and composition. If you notice damage or inaccuracy, please message us through the “Contact Seller” link on BULQ’s eBay store within 7 days of receiving your order. Can I return merchandise?
Just like on BULQ.com, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on BULQ on eBay. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to our Customer Care team using the process above and they’ll be happy to help you.
How does BULQ calculate refunds?
Refunds will be based on the internal estimated wholesale value of disputed items only and do not include shipping fees or tax. We do not refund based on the potential retail value or the original retail value of the disputed items.
